Palestinians have marched every Friday and Saturday in the village of Kafr Qaddum since 2011, due to the closure of one of their roads and land confiscation by the Israeli authorities. These decisions were made to expand the Israeli settlement of Kedumim. On this road, Palestinians were able to reach the main city of Nablus in 15 minutes; now it takes more than 45 minutes.
