In the last few months, the flood situation has worsened around Dhaka, in Kishoreganj, due to unseasonal rains and landslides. The water level is still rising in all the nearby rivers. As a result, several villages have been submerged. People in these areas, which have been under water for six months, have lost their only crop in the floods and are now in dire straits, facing challenging life conditions.
